The Chicago Commission on Human Relations receives and adjudicates complaints of discrimination in violation of the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance and the Chicago Fair Housing Ordinance. Housing Counseling Centers (HCC) Delegate Agencies are HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agencies providing comprehensive housing counseling and education.
