Home Repair Program
Formerly known as the Roof and Porch Repair Program, the Home Repair Program (HRP) provides home repairs to income-eligible homeowners for improvements to their roof or porch. A site inspection will determine the scope of work required.
This year, the Home Repair Program will also provide small repairs (ie. grab bars, lever faucets, etc.) for homeowners who need accessibility improvements.
Registration Dates
Registration was open from 9am Monday, March 10 through 5pm Friday, March 21, 2025. Homeowners will be prioritized based on length of tenancy. All interested homeowners will be contacted within a month of registration.
Income guidelines
Households earning up to 50 percent of area median income (AMI) may be eligible to participate in the program. See chart below for income qualifications.
