Chicago’s City council passed an ordinance to issue upwards of $2.9 million in Multi-Family Housing Loan funds for the construction of Legends South A3. In addition, $10 million in Tax Increment Financing (TIF) have been approved.

The development will consist of two buildings: a three- and four-story. Brinshore Michaels is the developer, and the buildings will have 10 market rate units and 42 units will maintain affordability for households earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
