2025 Home Repair Program - Request for Proposals
The Home Repair Program RFP is seeking Program Providers to provide a variety of home improvements that may include:
- roof or porch repair/replacement
- remediation of environmental health hazards
- climate resilient adaptations:
- flood control, air conditioning, energy efficiency boiler and furnaces, insulation, solar energy and decarbonization
- small accessibility repairs for seniors
Key Dates:
RFP Release: Friday, March 7, 2025
Pre-Bid Conference: 10 am, Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Due Date: 12pm, Tuesday, April 22, 2025
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated and selected based on the applicant’s organizational capacity, proposed program cost and budget, past performance, and commitment to health and racial equity.
Pre-Bid Conference
DOH will host a pre-bid conference from 10am to 12pm (CST) on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 2 N. LaSalle St., Chicago, IL, Mezzanine Conference Center in the Great Fire room. Please email fethi.saada@cityofchicago.org to confirm your in-person attendance.
