Up to $8.7 million in multi-family loan funds will soon finance the new construction of a mixed affordable housing site in Humboldt Park. Developed by Hispanic Housing, the new six-story building is planned to provide a total of 40 multi-family housing units for a minimum of 30 years.  

The units will be at or below 65% of the Area Media Income (AMI) and will be located in Humboldt Park. In total, the project is expected to cost $30 million.
