The Grant at Woodlawn Park is the second phase of the 420-unit, mixed-income redevelopment of the former Grove Parc Plaza housing complex. Part of the federal Choice Neighborhoods program and completed in 2013, the $13.4 million project by Preservation of Affordable Housing consists of 33 units in a three-story walk-up building with a mix of one, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
