Milwaukee Avenue Corridor Plan
The study area covers approximately 0.75 miles of Milwaukee between Western and California avenues in the Logan Square neighborhood. The area is in transition as development pressures increase. Opportunities for reuse and redevelopment along the corridor include vacant buildings, vacant land, underutilized and deteriorated structures, and incompatible uses. The Milwaukee Avenue Corridor Plan was adopted by the Chicago Plan Commission on Dec. 11, 2008. Contents and Development Framework |
