Local Industrial Retention Initiative (LIRI) Agency Partner RFP
The City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development (DPD) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking not-for-profit organizations as delegate agency partners for the Local Industrial Retention Initiative (LIRI) program.
LIRI agencies provide assistance to industrial businesses primarily in the City’s 26 Industrial Corridors in order to retain and expand those businesses and strengthen those corridors. Industrial companies and areas are promoted in order to provide excellent opportunities for Chicago residents to build careers and earn family-supporting wages, with or without college degrees.

RFP submissions are currently open. Proposals must be completed and submitted through iSupplier by Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 12 p.m. CST.
Pre-Submittal Conference
A virtual pre-submittal conference was held on October 30 2024. A recording of the meeting is available to view.
The purpose of the pre-submittal event was to clarify the RFP process and the scope of the required services. Viewing is not mandatory, but it is strongly suggested the interested applicants attend or watch the recording.
