As the second stage in the mixed-income redevelopment of the former Lake Michigan Homes public housing complex, Lakefront Phase II includes an 81-unit mid-rise building along with 51 units in 12 walkup structures. The $51 million project in Oakland was developed by Davis Associates Managers LLC.
