Gladstone Park Corridor Study

The Gladstone Park Corridor Study was developed from 2015 to 2017 at the request of the Gladstone Park Chamber of Commerce and in coordination with then-Ald. John Arena of the 45th Ward and then-Ald. Margaret Laurino of the 39th Ward. The study analysis and recommendations were discussed at the chamber's regular monthly meetings, and at a public meeting held in the winter of 2015-16 to gather feedback. The document is meant to assist the chamber and the Gladstone Park neighborhood to guide future development and growth in this corridor.
