A proposal for an amendment to PD #1426 generally located at 777 W. Chicago Avenue. The proposed amendment is being sought to facilitate the first phase of development on the site. The first phase would be a mixed-use casino development including a hotel with up to 500 rooms, several eating and drinking establishments, a roughly 70,000-square-foot entertainment venue, a continuous riverwalk along the eastern edge of the development and several publicly accessible open space elements. |
