Chicago Southwest Development Corporation (CSDC), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, is proposes to develop the mixed-use Focal Point Community Campus on approximately 30 acres of land at the southwest corner of W. 31st Street and S. Kedzie Avenue in the Little Village neighborhood. Focal Point will deliver a new 151-bed Saint Anthony Hospital, an outpatient medical office building, a surgical center, day care, retail, wellness, education, arts, housing, recreation, and other services designed to be a resource for those living on the Southwest side of Chicago. All components on the nearly one million-square-foot campus have been guided by research and community engagement over several years and are focused on providing opportunities and addressing the social determinants of health.
