301 S. Green is a transit-oriented development (TOD) comprised of a 36-story residential building proposed at the southeast corner of Jackson Boulevard and Green Street. The tower includes 362 rental units set atop a 3-level podium containing the lobby, leasing office, building services and 129 parking spaces. Residential amenities are situated on the 4th and 36th floors. The project intends to be consistent with densities found in Downtown TOD developments with smaller units and reduced parking.

(Humboldt Park, 37th Ward)

3831 W. Chicago Ave. is a block long mixed-use (TSL) development along Chicago Avenue in Humboldt Park. The development will be a four-story multifamily building consisting of 60 apartments (80% LIHTC/20% Market Rate), 10,380 square feet of commercial retail and community space and a public plaza space to activate the transit-rich corridor of Chicago Avenue.

The project will achieve Enterprise Green Communities Criteria and is striving to achieve Passive House (PHIUS) certification.

 4000 W. North Ave. & 1616 N. Pulaski Road - Pioneros
(Humboldt Park, 26th Ward)

Pioneros is a project that is set to transform the vacant landmark Pioneer Bank building and empty corner of Pulaski Road and North Avenue into a mixed-use community hub. When complete. the project will feature a new 9-story mixed use building containing 75 affordable housing units, a branch location of the Chicago Public Library and a public plaza. The Chicago Landmark Pioneer Bank building and adjacent annex will be completely restored and feature a restaurant, community hub, incubator space and offices for JGMA. The overall project was conceived as part of the INVEST South/West RFP program.
