Opened in November 2012, All Saints Residence provides 42 units of affordable rental housing for low-income seniors. The $8.4 million project by Catholic Charities Housing Development Corp. links to an existing 60-unit independent senior living facility. In addition to City of Chicago financial assistance, the five-story structure was partially funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 202 supportive housing program.
