JDL would purchase and redevelop 8.1 acres of land from Moody Bible, which would continue to own and operate an educational institution and media ministry on its remaining 9.4 acres.

The ONE Central mixed-use development project from Landmark Development is proposed to be constructed on approximately 32 acres of lakefront-adjacent land, currently occupied mostly by the rail yards located between McCormick Place and the Museum Campus on the Near South Side.
