You can find the annual budget and information pertaining to grants for these agencies on the Office of Budget and Management website under Budget Documents by Year. Search each department separately within each respective budget document. PSA, CPD, CFD and OEMC are currently operating under the most recent 2025 Budget.

The Office of Public Safety Administration (PSA) leads all payroll efforts for PSA employees, and on behalf of the employees of the Chicago Police Department (CPD), Chicago Fire Department (CFD) and the Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC). The PSA Employee Help Center for in-person HR and Payroll inquiries is available at Pubic Safety Headquarters at 3510 S. Michigan, Chicago, IL 60653. Public safety employees visiting the center must obtain a visitor pass on the 1st floor atrium of the building before accessing the help center on the west side of the building. The help center is open weekdays from 8am to 4pm and closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch. Please check back in the event of changes to hours.
