WaterSaver Faucet’s $26.2 million factory expansion project created a state-of-the art, 120,000 square-foot facility for the manufacture of laboratory grade faucets and valves. Designed to increase the company’s production capacity, the 2011 project included a new roof and new mechanical electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. It created 200 temporary construction jobs and preserved the company’s 160 permanent jobs.
