South Cicero Corridor Redevelopment Plan
Despite being surrounded by a stable and growing residential community, there has never been a comprehensive plan for the improvement and development of the area. The plan provides a 10- to 15-year framework for private projects as well as a basis for public improvements within the study area. Opportunities for reuse and redevelopment include vacant land and buildings, marginal and deteriorated structures, and other properties.
