Roseland-Michigan Avenue RFQ (11201-19 S. Michigan Ave. and 11200-32 S. Edbrooke Ave; 11331-43 S. Michigan Ave.; 115th Street and Michigan Avenue)
Through this RFQ, DPD sought to identify design and development teams to revitalize three vacant sites in Roseland. Short-listed applicants will form developer-designer teams that will each receive a $25,000 stipend on proposals that align with previous community visioning sessions for each location, including the former Gately's Peoples Store, the Roseland Theater building and land adjacent to a planned CTA Red Line station.

West Garfield Park - Madison and Hamlin RFQ (3801-51 W. Madison St.)
Through this RFQ, DPD sought to identify design and development teams to revitalize a block-long portion of Madison Street in West Garfield Park. Short-listed applicants will form developer-designer teams that each will receive a $25,000 stipend to work with community stakeholders on mixed-use proposals for the site, which includes multiple underutilized commercial buildings and accessory parking areas.
