Casa Maravilla created 73-units of affordable senior apartments on the Lower West Side. Developed by The Resurrection Project and dedicated in March 2011, the $20.2 million project includes a Senior Services Center operated by the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services. The five-story structure joins a housing campus that includes Casa Morelos, a 45-unit, mixed-income rental building, and Alivo Medical Center, which serves local residents.
