The $5.9 million renovation of a long-vacant commercial building in Grand Boulevard near 47th Street and King Drive was supported by $5.5 million in City assistance. Redeveloped by Revere Properties LLC and Three Corners LLC, the building includes 16 artists live-work spaces and 12,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The masonry, three-story structure was originally built in 1922.
