TIF Meetings
The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is required by state and local regulations to host public meetings in order to create or significantly amend a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district. Public meetings typically take place in the ward of the affected TIF district or virtually on Zoom.

DPD staff presented the findings from the Eligibility Study and Redevelopment Plan, including the eligible factors found, the boundary, the budget, the goals and objectives, and the land use plan.
