Pet Responsibility Portal

Pet ownership is a very rewarding privilege that requires a high level of responsibility and investment on the animal owner's behalf.  Every year approximately, 7,000 animals are brought to CACC's shelter by pet owners who no longer want to or are able to take care of their pets.  Another 12,000 lost or unowned stray animals arrive at the shelter each year in need of temporary housing and care. By engaging in responsible pet ownership behavior, you can help improve the life of your pet and decrease the number of animals in animal shelters.
