Alter Existing Communication Equipment – Standard Plan Review
To facilitate review of your application and inspections of your project, please make sure that the description of work that you provide at the beginning of the application process is accurate, concise, and complete.
Requirements
For communication equipment the description must:
- Describe scope of work, for example: “NEW,” “REPLACEMENT,” or “DECOMMISSION”
- Describe the type and quantity of equipment, for example: “6 ANTENNAS,” “2 CABINETS,” “ASSOCIATED WIRING,” or “MONOPOLE TOWER”
- Describe the location of equipment, for example: “ON FREESTANDING POLE,” or “ATTACHED TO PENTHOUSE OF 6-STORY BUILDING”
- Identify the make and model of the equipment
- It is helpful if you include the operator’s site identifier
