Community Energy Benchmarking Program Management
The City of Chicago, acting through its Department of Environment, seeks Proposals to seeks Proposals to develop, maintain, manage, and report on building energy benchmarking for covered buildings as defined in the City of Chicago Benchmarking Ordinance (SO2013-5385) and Chapter 18-14 of the Municipal Code. At the time of this Request for Proposal, this includes an estimated 3,700 buildings which are greater than 50,000 sq. ft. within its municipal boundaries.
