The Police Board has issued a Memorandum and Order denying the FOP Motion to Transfer Pending Cases to the Arbitration Call or in the Alternative to Stay All Police Board Cases.

The Board will provide an update of the status of the arbitrator's recent decision regarding police disciplinary cases at its October 19 meeting. The Board's public meetings include an opportunity for members of the public to address questions or comments to the Board.
