CHICAGO – The Chicago Board of Local Improvements hosted by the Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) will hold a meeting Wednesday December 8th for the Consideration of, and Action on, a Petition to Divide Relative to the Lakeshore East Project, Special Assessment Docket No. 58763, Warrant No. 62456 of the City of Chicago (Parcels I, J, and K / L). Approval of the petition is necessary in order to divide the parcel into separate real estate parcels and allow for development and sale of residential apartments.
