Pursuant to Municipal Code of Chicago 11-12-486

Municipal Code of Chicago 11-12-486 requires the Departments of Finance and Water Management to
issue an annual report by February 1 of each year, beginning in 2023. The annual report provides
summary data about the Utility Billing Relief (UBR) program, outstanding past due utility debt, meter
installations, and water shut offs.
