Rules and Regulations of the Chicago Police Department

The Rules and Regulations are adopted by the Police Board for the governance of the Police Department. Includes the Rules of Conduct (Article V), which set forth expressly prohibited acts.  The alleged violation of these Rules forms the basis of charges filed in Police Board disciplinary cases.
