The Wilson Avenue Bridge over the North Branch of the Chicago River will be closed to vehicular traffic for two months
The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) will begin repair work at the Wilson Avenue Bridge over the North Branch of the Chicago River on Monday, March 25. The bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic for approximately nine weeks while CDOT performs structural repairs. Sidewalks will remain open throughout the project for pedestrians and cyclists.
While the bridge is closed, there will be marked detours in place directing vehicular traffic to Montrose Avenue.
