Payment Centers and Chicago EZ Pay Stations
You may pay the following at all payment center and EZ Pay Station Locations:
- Parking, red light, and automated speed enforcement tickets
- Utility bills
- Most administrative hearing judgments
- City business taxes
- Other City bills
EZ Pay Stations are wheelchair-accessible. Any type of accessibility assistance can be provided at a payment center location listed below.
Booted vehicles - Payments can be made online for vehicles without tow and storage fees. Tow and storage fees must be paid in person at one of the payment centers below:

Booted Vehicle Payment - After Hours and on Weekends
If your booted vehicle has been towed, please locate your vehicle, and proceed to the auto-pound where your vehicle is located.
If your booted vehicle has not been towed, you may pay online or at one of the following locations:
