Community Development Grants (CDGs) use proceeds from Tax Increment Financing and Neighborhood Opportunity Fund programs, as well as the 2024 Housing and Economic Development Bond. Grants are allocated in support of eligible, business- and service-related construction projects that create and maintain jobs and quality-of-life improvements for local residents.
