Tracy Kelly currently serves as Vice President for Beverly Bank & Trust’s (A Wintrust Community Bank) Community Lending Division.  Tracy operates in multiple capacities including direct relationship management, portfolio administration, new business generation and consultative strategic direction for existing clients.  Tracy is a well-rounded and experienced professional, boasting an impressive 23-year career in banking which includes a detailed understanding of Treasury Management, specifically effective cash management strategy and excess liquidity solutions. 

Throughout her tenure, Tracy has actively sought opportunities to partner with organizations dedicated to empowering small businesses for the purpose of impacting their communities in a positive manner.  She is passionate about leveraging her resources, both internally and externally, to create pathways for education, revenue generation and overall business sustainability.  Tracy utilizes her extensive knowledge in the areas of financial literacy and leadership development to connect and further expand her network, with the goal of forging meaningful partnerships with aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners.  Tracy expertly guides these ambitious individuals and seasoned professionals, offering invaluable guidance on best practices, resources including grants and philanthropic opportunities, and finally but not limited to access to capital, elevating them to new heights in their endeavors.

Tracy is a member of: Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce (CSCC), National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), Women of Wintrust (Business Resource Group) and Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League.  Tracy has completed and received certificates for: Wintrust’s Credit Training Cohort, Lake Forest Graduate School of Management Leadership Program, and Paired to Win (hybrid mentorship program).
