As required under the Chicago Municipal Code, all private waste haulers and permitted waste hauling facilities are required to complete the appropriate annual waste and recycling report. 

If you are permitted as a waste handling facility, the annual waste handling facility reports will now be handled and managed by the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH). Any questions regarding the submission of the waste handling facility report can be directed to envwastepermits@cityofchicago.org. 

If you are permitted as a hauler, there will be changes starting in 2024 for all 2023 report submissions. All permitted haulers will need to fill out the annual hauler report form online.
