2026 RFPs - Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities

The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities partners with local organizations to provide services to Chicagoans with disabilities. These partner organizations are known as delegate agencies. Delegate agencies are selected through the Community Development Grant Application process, managed by the Office of Budget and Management.

For 2026, MOPD has released three Delegate Agency Request for Funding Proposals (RFPs), listing the requirements to be considered to be a delegate agency. MOPD invites applications from community-based organizations, non-profits, or Chicago-based for-profit organizations. Grant applications for these three programs are due on June 2, 2025 at 12PM Central Standard Time

The three RFPs are for the Personal Assistance Program, Independent Living Program and Home Modification Program.

Applications must be submitted via eProcurement online (eprocurement.cityofchicago.org). If you require accommodations to utilize iSupplier, please contact eProcurement Support by email at customerservice@cityofchicago.org or call 312-744-HELP.

In spring 2025, MOPD and the Office of Budget and Management hosted an information session about the 2026 Community Development Grant Application process. A recording of this meeting is available now on YouTube. The Department of Procurement Services also hosts virtual events about the procurement process.
