At its June 16, 2025 meeting the Board voted to formally submit amendments to its Rules and Regulations to the City Council.  These were submitted on June 18.  To read them, please see this or the PDF attached.  At its May 12, 2025 meeting, the Board voted to approve a version that was then distributed for public comment, from May 13 to June 16. Comments received were incorporated in the draft that was submitted on June 18. Pursuant to §2-156-380(h) of the City’s Municipal Code, they become effective in 45 City business days (that is, August 22, 2025), unless the City Council, by majority vote, votes to disapprove them.
