The Board has, pursuant to §§2-156-270 and – 505 of the Governmental Ethics Ordinance, determined that the following five (5) registered lobbyists violated the Governmental Ethics Ordinance for failing to timely file their First Quarter Activity Reports. 

The following were late and not fined:

James Clayborne
Mario Lopez

The following filed and were fined:

Karen Kent - $1000.00
Jeffrey Howard - $1000.00

One has yet to file the report and is subject to fines of $1,000.00 per day until compliance has been met:
