The Board and Executive Director have found two (2) lobbyists in violation of the Ordinance for failure to timely file their first quarter 2017 lobbyist activity reports by the deadline in the law.  No fines were imposed.

The lobbyists are Mitch Matson and Timothy Sherman.

 Earlier this year, the Board and Executive Director had found 136 lobbyists in violation of the Ordinance for failure to re-register for 2017 and/or file fourth quarter 2016 lobbyists activity reports on time.  To see their names, please see the attached pdf document.
