City of Chicago Collective Bargaining Agreements
Within the Department of Law, many attorneys are involved in a wide variety of labor and employment matters affecting union-represented employees who are covered by more than 40 collective bargaining agreements.
These agreements are the contracts negotiated between the City of Chicago and various unions that define and govern the terms and conditions of employment for employees represented by their respective union.
