Short Description: Rules issued pursuant to ordinance that require contractors to disclose their supply chains for the performance of contracts awarded by the City for purchasing garments, and to complete an affidavit verifying that neither they nor any subcontractors, in performance of their contracts, engage or otherwise utilize any supply chain that uses sweatshop labor. These rules describe the administration and enforcement procedures and requires all contractors cooperation.
