Short Description: ADR provides relief for administrative hearings debt to low-income participants, including but not limited to violations issued by the Departments of Streets and Sanitation, Police, Buildings, and Business Affairs and Consumer Protection. The ADR rules were last updated on 1/12/23 and are being updated now to align with changes made to the program in the 2024 Revenue Ordinance.
