The City of Chicago, Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) seeks proposals for Multimedia Production Services for DCASE festivals and events. DCASE produces large, family-oriented festivals that attract food and music enthusiasts, visitors, media and residents of all ages and backgrounds. As a feature at these festivals, DCASE produces performances of local and national headline talent. DCASE requires multimedia production services to create video segments and clips for use in social media and/or archival purposes.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on October 15, 2024 at 3pm, Central Standard Time, virtually via Microsoft Teams. Meeting access must be requested in writing. Attendance is Non-Mandatory, but encouraged.
