Fireworks display in the sky

The Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide fireworks displays.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 14, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, virtually via Microsoft Teams. Meeting access must be requested in writing. Attendance is Non-Mandatory, but encouraged.

In order to receive notice of clarifications and addenda, Bidders that download the Bid Documents must register as a Bid Document holder below:
