Requirements

Making sure that your description of work includes key information, is accurate, and is concise is very important to ensuring the plan examination and inspection process will run smoothly.

 For construction equipment the description must:

• Describe scope of work, for example: “FOUNDATION FOR,” “PHASE 1,” or “PHASES 2-8”
• Describe the type of equipment, for example: “TOWER CRANE,” “LUFFING CRANE,” or “CONSTRUCTION HOIST”
• Identify the make and model of the equipment
• Identify the permit number for earlier related permits
