RFP

DPD has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a program administrator that would manage all the department's workforce solutions programs and training grant applications, including TIFWorks. The primary activities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Review program rules and regulations in conjunction with DPD

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including the management of the application process

  • Provide technical assistance to applicants during the application and payment processes

  • Oversee monitoring and compliance processes

  • Conduct program marketing and outreach, including the recruitment of grant applicants

  • Perform ongoing program evaluation, including maintaining project data and performance metrics

Local organizations with demonstrated experience in this area, and with an interest in making their services available to the City of Chicago, are invited to respond to this RFP through Submittable.
