PCs for People and Compudopt offer low-cost laptops and computers to eligible households. Read on for instructions to obtain a computer or laptop for your family. 

• Who is eligible? All people participating in certain income-based government assistance programs or having a qualifying household income (less than 200% of federal poverty guidelines or 60% of area median income).

• Who is eligible? All people in Chicago who do not own a working computer at home, and have a child in K-12 education.
• Register to receive a free computer using the computer giveaway registration link, here. Names will be chosen randomly based on the available inventory 3-days prior to distribution dates.
