Evaluation Report
The Evaluation Report provides a detailed overview of the five submissions received in response to the City of Chicago's Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Chicago casino issued in the spring of 2021. The Evaluation Report focuses on core goals laid out in the RFP. The proposals evaluated include Bally's McCormick, Bally's Tribune, Hard Rock Chicago, Rivers 78, and Rivers McCormick (in alphabetical order).
