Disability Forward CHI Employee Resource Group

The Disability Forward CHI Resource Group, an official Employee Resource Group (ERG) of the City of Chicago, enhances workforce diversity to promote inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) to better serve our residents. Our focus is fostering accessibility and inclusion within the City to cultivate a safe space for employees with disabilities. We encourage mutual learning on policies and resource-sharing to support accessibility efforts.
