Individualized Needs Assessment empowers an individual with skills, education, motivation and support services needed to accomplish a healthy, more independent lifestyle. 

In an effort to help the client reach his or her goal toward independence, the MOPD staff coordinates and monitors a variety of service providers to meet the client's individual needs.
