Board Finds 1 Lobbyist in Violation for not filing Activity Report

The Board has, pursuant to §§2-156-270 and – 505 of the Governmental Ethics Ordinance, determined that Charles Sackley, a registered lobbyist is in violation of the Governmental Ethics Ordinance for failing to file his Second Quarter Activity Report. The fine is on-going until he files.
